Surface Quality of 30CrMo Gas Cylinder Seamless Tube:
1. The inner and outer surfaces of seamless pipes for 1.35CrMo gas cylinders should not have visible cracks, folds, pinches, delaminations and scars. These defects should be completely removed, and the removal depth should not exceed 10% of the wall thickness, and the actual wall thickness of the cleaned part should not be less than the minimum value allowed by the wall thickness, and the removed part should be smoothly transitioned.
2. The straight depth of the inner and outer surfaces of the steel pipe shall meet the following requirements:
a) For hot-rolled steel pipes, not exceeding 5% of the wall thickness and not exceeding 0.4 mm;
b) For thermally expanded steel pipes, no more than 0.5 mm;
c) For cold-rolled (drawn) steel pipes, it shall not exceed 4% of the wall thickness, and shall not exceed 0.2 mm.
3. Other local imperfections whose depth does not exceed the lower deviation of wall thickness may exist.
