30CrMo cylinder seamless tube smelting method:
1. The steel should be refined outside the furnace in an electric arc furnace and then subjected to vacuum refining, or refined in a converter with oxygen and refined outside the furnace and then refined in vacuum.
2. The tube blank can be manufactured by continuous casting, die casting or hot rolling (forging).
3. The steel pipe shall be manufactured by hot rolling (expanding) or cold rolling (drawing) seamless method. Hot-rolled (expanded) steel pipes should be delivered in hot-rolled (expanded) state, and cold-rolled (drawn) steel pipes should be delivered in cold-rolled (drawn), normalized or annealed state.
