12Cr2MoG grade structural high-pressure boiler seamless pipe is a hot-rolled and cold-drawn (rolled) Seamless steel pipe that can be used to manufacture structural high-pressure boiler superheated steam pipes, boiling water pipes and superheated steam pipes for locomotive boilers.
Regarding the heat treatment of 12Cr2MoG seamless boiler tubes (S is the wall thickness of the tube):
Steel pipes with S≤30 mm are normalized and tempered: normalizing temperature is 900℃~960℃; tempering temperature is 700℃~750℃.
S>30 mm steel pipe quenching and tempering or normalizing and tempering: the quenching temperature is not less than 900℃, the tempering temperature is 700℃~750℃; the normalizing temperature is 900℃~960℃, and the tempering temperature is 700℃~750℃ ℃, but should be rapidly cooled after normalizing.
