ASME SA210M medium carbon boiler seamless pipe

 ASME SA210M is a medium carbon steel pipe standard, which stipulates that this type of pipe is mainly used for boilers, superheater pipes, etc. There are two grades, namely SA210A1 and SA210C, A1 grade C content 0.27%, Mn up to 0.93%, C grade up to 0.35% carbon content, manganese content 0.29-1.06%. Boiler seamless pipes of SA210A1 and SA210C grades will be hot-processed or cold-processed according to the actual situation. If it is a hot-processed tube, no heat treatment is required, and the cold-finished tube should be subjected to subcritical annealing, full annealing or normalizing heat treatment after the final cold finishing process. If surface pickling or shot blasting or both are required, additional instructions are required.
