ASME SA192M SA192 High Pressure Seamless Carbon Steel Boiler Piping

 SA192 is a minimal wall thickness seamless carbon steel boiler and superheater tube for high pressure applications.

We usually provide the size range: outer diameter 12.7~- 177.8mm, minimum wall thickness 2.2 ~ 25.4mm, and can also be customized according to customer needs.

SA192 pipes conforming to the ASME SA192M standard shall be manufactured in a seamless process and can be hot or cold worked according to the application. Hot rolled tubes do not need to be heat treated. cold drawn tube at the end
After cold drawing, it should be heat treated at 650°C or higher.

The chemical composition of SA192 steel shall meet the following requirements:
C, % 0.06~0.18
Mn, % 0.27~0.63
P, % ≤0.035
S, % ≤0.035
Si, % ≤0.25

Mechanical test of SA192 seamless pipe support
1. Flattening test
2. Flaring test
3. Hardness test
4. Hydrostatic test

The SA192 seamless boiler tube inserted into the boiler should be able to withstand expansion and crimping without cracks and hairlines. Superheater tubes shall be capable of withstanding all necessary forging, welding and bending operations without defect when normally fabricated.
