It can also be processed by cold treatment, such as bending, flaring, drawing and cutting, but it needs to pay attention to its yield strength and tensile strength. When the degree of cold work deformation is large, it needs to be annealed at a temperature of 690-730 ° C for 15 minutes.
If the wall thickness of the 14MoV63 seamless pipe is less than 15mm, it needs to be kept warm for at least 15 minutes. If the wall thickness is between 15mm and 30mm, it needs to be kept warm for 30 minutes, and if it is greater than 30mm, it needs to be kept warm for 60 minutes.
