The heat treatment of the 12CrMoG boiler seamless tube is also more complicated, requiring normalizing + tempering, the normalizing temperature range is 900 ° C ~ 960 ° C, and the tempering temperature range is 670 ° C ~ 730 ° C.

The manufacturing method of boiler pipes is not very different from ordinary seamless pipes, but due to the different use environments, the requirements for materials are relatively high.
