GB/T8162 standard 20 grade seamless steel pipe size specification

 GB/T8162 standard grade 20 steel pipe is a high-quality carbon structural steel pipe used for fluid transportation. Grade 20 seamless pipes have good deformability and can be used for pipes with special shapes after bending, rolling, flanging and extrusion. Good weldability, supports both resistance welding and arc welding.

20 grade Seamless steel pipe size specification:
1. The nominal diameter of the steel pipe is 88.9 mm and the nominal wall thickness is 6.45 mm.
2. The allowable deviation of the outer diameter and wall thickness of the steel pipe shall meet the requirements of Table 1. The allowable deviation of the outer diameter of the table is +0.50mm~0.20mm, and the allowable deviation of the wall thickness is +0.97mm~0.77mm.
3. The common length of steel pipe is 9400mm ~ 9750mm.
Special-shaped bending steel pipe shall not be larger than 1.0 3.1 3.1 mm/m.
