Thick wall seamless pipe

 Seamless steel pipe is perforated by the whole round steel pipe, there is no weld on the surface of the steel pipe, called seamless steel pipe. Thick - walled seamless steel tubes are generally produced by hot rolling process, while thin - walled seamless tubes are mostly produced by cold rolling process. It is generally considered that the pipe wall thickness is less than 0.05 for thin wall steel pipe, greater than 0.05 for thick wall seamless pipe. In use, thin-walled pipes are mainly used for common pipes, while thick-walled pipes are used for pipes requiring pressure, such as: various mechanical processing, thick-walled parts processing, bridge piling, seabed piling and high-rise building piling industries.

The main materials of thick wall seamless tube are: 10#, 20#, 35#, 45#, 20Cr, 40Cr, 42CrMo, 16Mn, 27SiMn, 12Cr1MoV, 10CrMo910, 15CrMo, 35CrMo, etc.

Theoretical weight calculation formula of thick wall seamless stainless steel :(outer diameter - wall thickness) × wall thickness ×0.02491=KG/M (weight per meter).

Theoretical weight calculation formula of thick wall seamless tube alloy steel :(outer diameter - wall thickness) × wall thickness ×0.02486=KG/M (weight per meter).
