Weld inspection
Full penetration welds should be inspected for appearance and internal quality 24 hours after completion
1. Appearance inspection: Grinding, shovel chiseling, milling, drilling and other methods to remove large surface defects, and repair welding if necessary.
2. Internal inspection: If it is determined by UT inspection that there are excessive defects inside the weld, the weld should be repaired in time.
