30CrMo high-strength alloy pipe manufacturing process

30 crmo is a high-strength alloy steel material with good toughness, high hardenability, and good thermal strength, which can be used to manufacture steel pipes, boilers, fasteners and large flanges, bearings, and Welded parts. 30 crmo steel pipe can be used in the construction field, shipbuilding industry, petrochemical industry, power industry, food processing and medical industry, boiler heat exchanger, mechanical hardware field, etc.

Heat Treatment Specification of 30CrMo Material
First quenching heating temperature: 850 °C (Cooling: oil)
Tempering heating temperature: 500 °C (Cooling: water, oil)

There are two manufacturing processes for 30CrMo high-strength alloy pipes:

1. Hot rolling (extruded seamless steel pipe): round tube billet → heating → perforation → three-roll skew rolling, continuous rolling or extrusion → pipe removal → sizing (or diameter reduction) → cooling → straightening → hydraulic test (or flaw detection)→marking→warehousing

2. Cold drawn (rolled) seamless steel pipe: round tube billet → heating → perforation → heading → annealing → pickling → oiling (copper plating) → multi-pass cold drawing (cold rolling) → billet → heat treatment → straightening →Hydrostatic test (flaw detection)→Marking→Storage
