What is seamlessly steel pipe

 The seamlessly steel pipe refers to the use of high-quality coiled plates, which are automatically formed and welded by slitting or coiling after re-inspection. While the computer controls the optimal fusion temperature, the inner and outer burrs of the steel pipe are removed. The whole is heated to 910℃-950℃ in an atmosphere with little oxidation, and the scale is removed and rolled by a tension reducer for multiple passes, so that the metallographic structure, grain state, geometric size and mechanical properties of the steel pipe are fully uniform.

Seamlessly steel pipe is also called hot-rolled seamless steel pipe or hot-rolled steel pipe. It is between pure seamless and welded pipe. The quality is better than welded pipe, and the cost is lower than pure seamless. It is an ideal substitute product.
