Flattening test
For steel pipes made of 10, 20, and Q345 steel, the outer diameter of the steel pipe is larger than 22 ~ 400mm, and the ratio of wall thickness to outer diameter is not more than 10%. Flattening test should be carried out. . After the flattening test, the specimen shall be free of cracks or splits.

Flaring test
The flaring test can be done for the steel pipe with a wall thickness of not more than 8mm, and the taper of the top center is one of 30°, 45°, and 60°. After flaring, the sample shall not have cracks or cracks.

Bending test
The steel pipe with an outer diameter of not more than 22mm can be subjected to a bending test, the bending angle is 90°, the radius of the bending center is 6 times the outer diameter of the steel pipe, and no cracks or cracks should appear at the bend.
