GB/T 5310 Steel pipes for high pressure boilers
High-pressure boiler tubes are often used in high temperature and high pressure conditions. Under the action of high-temperature flue gas and water vapor, the tubes will be oxidized and corroded. Therefore, the steel pipes are required to have high lasting strength, high oxidation and corrosion resistance, and good tissue stability. GB/T 5310 standard boiler steel can meet these requirements. GB/T 5310 standard mainly includes the following key grades of steel: 20G, 20MnG, 25MnG, 15MoG, 12CrMoG, 15CrMoG, 12Cr1MoG, which can be used to manufacture high pressure and ultra-high pressure Boiler superheater tubes, reheater tubes, gas guide tubes, main steam tubes, etc.
The outer diameter of hot-rolled high-pressure boiler tubes ranges from 22 to 530 mm, and the wall thickness ranges from 20 to 70 mm.
The outer diameter of the cold-drawn high-pressure boiler tube is 10-108mm, and the wall thickness is 2.0-13.0mm.
Compared with medium and low pressure boiler tubes, in addition to water pressure, crimping, flaring, flattening and other tests, impact test, flaring test, grain size test, microstructure can also be added before delivery. Inspection and decarburization layer inspection.
Our high-pressure boiler tubes are mainly exported to Japan, Germany and other countries. The most popular sizes are 219.1×10.0mm and 419×75mm, and the smallest size is 31.8×4.5mm. Japan is more inclined to import alloy pipes and use them as supporting high temperature alloy pipes.
